I am a scale model maker from the UK who in my spare time creates WWII dioramas as a way to unwind after a busy week of work. In 1996 . As my skills improve, I hope the quality of my dioramas do as well and that others enjoy watching this journey I am taking.

How on earth are you able to glue PE with Tamiya quick cement !
It only really for works for flat pieces but basically the TET melts the plastic and you push the PE in to the melted plastic. It also helps if you rough up the PE with sand paper. It can occasionally come loose or get knocked off but no more so than CA glue👍

Hey Ian. I love your videos and would like to start making dioramas but I'm not good at scale. Can you tell me what the length an 8 foot 2x4 and a sheet of 4x8 plywood would be in 1/35 scale. Thanks alot.
its simple maths, just divide the real measurement by the scale factor (ie 35) to get the measurement you want in scale......or.....google is your friend as well as mine - www.scalemodelersworld.com/online-scale-converter-tool.html#aScaleConvert
